All fees paid by client are fully refundable. Fees will be treated as the law firm's own until client requests a refund or services are rendered. Note that this fee covers the drafting and filing of the opposition or cancellation, as well as some communication with the client and negotiation with the other party following the filing. It does not cover the remaining proceedings of the litigation that might ensue. JPG Legal charges a blanket hourly rate of $290 for litigation and will warn you when the limits of your prepaid legal package have been reached before we charge you for any further work. Each opposition or cancellation filing requires a separate $450 government filing fee reimbursement ($400 for the USPTO fee and $50 to cover payment processing fees and time spent).
