Service: One Notice of Opposition or Petition for Cancellation ($999 Legal Fee + $400 Filing Fee)
All fees paid by client are fully refundable. Fees will be treated as the law firm's own until client requests a refund or services are rendered. Note that this fee covers the drafting and filing of the opposition or cancellation, as well as some communication and advice following the filing. It does not cover the remaining proceedings of the litigation that might ensue. JPG Legal charges a blanket hourly rate of $250 for litigation and will warn you when the limits of your prepaid legal package have been reached before we charge you for any further work.
